MDT aims to simplify treatment by focusing on prescribing simple at home exercises to accelerate healing for ailments of the spine, joints, and soft tissue. MDT is especially effective at helping bulging or herniated discs, sciatica, and pinched nerves.

ART is a movement based soft tissue technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. ART can be applied to any soft tissue injury caused by over used muscles such as carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, shin splints, etc.
